A company with the vision to simplify and streamline the work of Managed Service Providers and IT professionals is seeking an experienced Business Applications Manager to join its team.

The company was built to create one comprehensive solution for next-level IT professionals.

The Business Applications Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's Salesforce platform, and related business applications — ensuring that they meet the needs of the company's Customer Success and Sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption of new features on Salesforce, and other Business Application solutions across the company, and train users on the best usage practices.
  • Lead projects end-to-end: from full definition and design to implementation, and communication to all stakeholders.
  • Manage the design, acquisition, development, integration, implementation, and maintenance of all applications supporting the business operations.
  • Provide team support through system & process development, implementation, and training.
  • Build and maintain an environment of easy & flexible access to data across all systems.
  • Support users on their day-to-day tasks, including troubleshooting, data fixes and clean-ups, reports and dashboards.
  • Manage user accounts, roles/profiles, and permissions for supported applications.
  • Implement business requirements, while following established development standards and best practices.
  • Design and implement custom reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and releases and provide actionable recommendations on their adoption within the Salesforce platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation – a must!
  • Experience from a B2B SaaS company – Big Advantage
  • Background of work with Customer Success \ Account Management teams – Advantage
  • Experience with building custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, flow, approval process, and email alerts
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with tools like Workato and Zapier
  • Strong technical skills in Salesforce administration, including Salesforce flow, Apex, etc.
  • Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems, such as ChurnZero, Zendesk HubSpot, NetSuite, Chili Piper, etc.
  • Knowledge of database design and management, including Salesforce data models
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ - big advantage
