 1.To serve patients in a clean and tidy manner. To take the meal order from patients. 2. To do preparations for the next meal and to maintain a clean, safe working environment and to assist in the delivery of all catering services to patients. 3. To comply with food hygiene regulations with regards to food service equipment cleaning and departmental cleanliness. 4. To adhere with personal hygiene standards and good hygiene practice, food safety and health and safety regulations. 5. Must be familiar with dietary restrictions on special, modified diets to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction
