QA Engineer within Minddistrict? What does that mean?

Minddistrict develops an ehealth platform that works on the web and mobile (Native Apps). Our customers are mental health and wellbeing professionals who prescribe our digital interventions to the users as a part of blended care, or as a standalone intervention. The platform has functionalities such as video calling, content supporting treatment, questionnaires, and data dashboards. Your task will be to make sure the bugs do not sneak into production. How? By means of manual and automated testing. Our stack includes programming languages such as Python, Swift, Kotlin/Java.
Most important tasks and responsibilities
You will work as a part of the development team, closely cooperating with UX designers, developers, and business. Even though the focus will be on test automation, your daily tasks may include:
- Defining the acceptance criteria together with the product team;
- Writing test cases;
- Maintaining automated tests;
- Functional manual testing;
- Adjusting Jenkins configuration;
- Release testing and reporting;
- Bug triage and bug management.

Your profile
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming
- Experience with testing and test automation on iOS, Android, and Web (knowledge of test automation frameworks, for example, Espresso, Selenium, XCTest…)
- Experience with Git and Jenkins
- Experience with setting up CI / CD test automation pipelines
- Experience with test management tools
- Experience working within multidisciplinary Agile teams and help teams to adopt and implement correct testing approaches
- Excellent command of English
Nice to have: Experience with MDR Regulations, Compliance in healthcare systems and conducting risk assessments
