Consultant HR Projects & Information Management
As Consultant HR Projects & Information Management, we are looking for a data-curious and process-centric individual to join our growing center of expertise in Prague as part of the People Analytics team. Your primary role will be to directly interact with People Business Partners and the People Leadership Team to support the organization in making people decisions that make business sense.

What you will do- Help develop and improve existing reports, dashboard, analysis and contribute to the People Team processes' automation initiatives.
- Translate the demand from business and People leaders into people analytics projects.
- In partnership with colleagues, build dashboards from reports, especially if you have Power BI expertise.
- Find insights, trends, and patterns.
- Communicate and manage stakeholders throughout analytics projects. You'll need to be able to explore and present what you've found to an audience that might not be so analytical in their thinking, but who will make decisions based on what the data is telling them.
- Support our People Team Processes - which means you need to be CURIOUS to learn what they are; understand how to support the People Business Partners in collaboration with the teams that maintain our various People systems.
- Support the delivery of regular and ad hoc reports on specific People metrics.
- Identify issues regarding data accuracy and help by working closely with colleagues and functional power users to fix these issues.
- Ultimately, engage in global projects and programs that directly support the People Business Partners globally.
Qualifications
Who you are
- Have a passion for data, its accuracy, its interpretation, and presentation.
- You like to experiment with your passion for data in a professional environment and have enough expertise to work with data using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
- Great Data Intuition - you know what you are expecting to see and can spot when data is clearly wrong.
- Process thinker! Capable of understanding systems and how processes are built - and you have an understanding of where there are likely to be points in a process where data is likely to reside.
- Ability to multitask, stand up to pressure and meet tight deadlines and be proactive and results-driven.
- You're probably the kind of person that gets frustrated when you cannot reconcile some-thing 100%!
- Service driven with strong customer orientation. We'd really like you to have:
- Academic background in a technology or mathematical discipline, with relevancy to the role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (ideally experience with pivot tables, lookup, data manipulation). You would like to experiment with your passion for data in a professional environment and have enough expertise to work with data using MS Excel.
- Adept at working with unstructured data.
- Analytical thinking, critical thinking, looking for a pattern in the data.
• Strong attention to detail • Strong written, verbal, visual communication skills. Able to describe the data you are working with and explain the analytics and insights you have extrapolated from that work (using MS PowerPoint). It would be great if you have:
- PowerBI dashboard experience for data visualization.
- HR experience (experience with the analysis of HR data and looking for a pattern within the dataset, transformation, cleaning the dataset)
- Python, R, statistical modelling is a plus
- Data enginering, Azure is a plus
- Other Power Platforms are a plus
