Customer Service cum Admin [Malaysia]


 

Key Responsibilities:

· To answer phone calls and handle the knowledge of products and systems

· Resolve customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction

· Coordinate meetings/training and handle food and beverage needs for meetings and conferences, members, guests, and visitors

· Manage all desk administrative and clerical support

· Handling dispatch and receiving delivery from the courier service

· Keep a daily record of inventories

· Handling mails

· To perform any other related duties when required.

· Participate in any ad hoc projects when required.

Requirements:

· Candidate possess at least an Diploma or Degree in any field or equivalent.

· Possess at least one (1) year working experience in related field in essential

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

· Computer literate

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, pleasant and courteous

· Female only

· Team player with good problem-solving skills, result driven and proactive

· Sales oriented, dynamic and positive working attitude

· Good attendance and willing to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate, Student job

Salary: From RM1,800.00 per month
