- High school diploma
- A related hospitality diploma or equivalent is preferred but not necessary
- English level -Lower at least
- Attentiveness and patience for customers
- Ability to communicate orally with customers, management, and other co-workers
- Excellent customer service skills/sensitivity to customers’ needs
- Eager to grow
