In this role, you'll support the daily operations of the Health and Security Assistant Services to facilitate delivery of quality, cost-effective services, and the achievement of business and service objectives. This role has excellent conditions including a Monday to Friday roster (no weekends) and a monthly paid day off. You'll be working in a great location with a supportive team.

If you have:

  • Qualifications in Security Risk Management and/or relevant work experience required for a healthcare facility
  • A current NSW Security Licence (Class 1A minimum)
  • Experience in supervising staff in a complex multidisciplinary organisation
  • An understanding of contemporary Health and Security Assistants' management, including financial, human resource and organisational management, and an understanding of security technology, including alarms, access control, CCTV and patient lifting and moving equipment
  • Computer skills/knowledge, and effective oral and written communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
