What you’ll do
This role is a brilliant opportunity to work collaboratively with the People and Culture partners and specialist functions to deliver group and portfolio people strategies, solutions, and services.
What you’ll bring
- HR experience from working in companies with progressive people practices
- Ability to use a range of people systems and tools
- Experience providing generalist people policy advice (non-standard) and support (performance, reward, health, safety and wellbeing, capability, talent acquisition) experience
- Experience providing advice on employment related requirements such as the Fair Work Act, NES, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Solid analytical skills able to obtain, manipulate and present data
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence with the ability to form strong relationships with a range of internal stakeholders.
