CORE ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary point of contact relative to QA processes, tools, and staff.1\
- Develops and ensures daily execution of QA processes via oversight and support to the QA Sup/Leads for each site/program.
- Provides data intelligence relative to team-wide behavior opportunities, handling quality reports and documentation.
- Collecting and analyzing quality assurance data
- Leads QA improvement initiatives in conjunction with operations, training, and acct mgt.’

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability with numbers and data analysis skills
- Technical skills and comfort with databases and report generation software.
- Understanding of quality assurance processes and standards.
- Leadership and teaching skills
Quality Assurance Manager education and training requirements
- Years of BPO experience in leading Quality Department
- At least a bachelor’s degree graduate.
- Not required but preferably someone with a quality control certification such as the Six Sigma Quality Control Certification or ISO 9001.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php75,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
