Position Summary

You will be part of a dynamic, motivated, and open-minded sales team, empowering those who strive for more across the DACH region. You will be responsible for selected accounts in the UA Key Account cluster. You will work in a Remote / Home Office environment (in Germany).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

may include the following (other duties may also be assigned)
  • Strengthen and deepen strategic relationships with our Key Accounts
  • Build and delivering on operational business-, growth- and sales plans
  • Focus on an accurate sales forecasting on a weekly, monthly & annual basis
  • Possess a strong analytical mindset - monitor sell out and the order book continuously and ensure reliable and profitable growth for the key account
  • Prepare and conduct sales presentations with the accounts (virtual or f2f)
  • Drive the Go-to-Market management process to ensure all touch points are in place to drive mutual and sustainable growth
  • Provoke strong alignments with internal functions – Merchandising, marketing, Customer Operations, Finance, etc
  • Deliver first class service level towards the accounts
  • Learn and apply new product knowledge to enhance sales and personal professionalism
  • Follow company policies and procedures


Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Highly self-motivated and well organized
  • Effective communication and persuasion skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • PC skills that include a good standard on Power Point and Excel
  • Analytical mindset and used to work with sales data and analyses tools
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good verbal communication (fluent in German & English)
  • Proven results as a team player
  • Strong strategic capabilities
  • Hard working, Motivated and Enthusiastic
  • Results oriented
  • Passion for the brand


Education And / Or Experience

  • Educated to Bachelor’s degree level (or above) is preferred
  • 5 years of experience in a commercial role
