What will I do in the role?

  • Have a ‘can do’ attitude
  • The first point of contact for all customer queries
  • Brand ambassador for your client
  • Provide outstanding customer service across telephone, social media, webchat and email
  • Make sure the customer is at the heart of every conversation

What do I need?

  • Experience working for a retailer
  • Experience working in a luxury background
  • Experience within any of the following: Beauty, Cosmetics, Fashion
  • A desire and genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach
  • Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Works well within a team
  • Confident IT skills
  • Flexibility, professionalism, drive, ambition, and willingness to learn
  • Great attention to detail and highly organised
  • C2 Level of English required

Not essential, but beneficial)

  • Graduated from the Fashion Retail Academy
  • Communication Fields, such as Marketing/PR/Advertising
  • Make-up Artists
  • Qualifications in Dermatology or Skincare

Languages Requirement:

Native/Fluent Spanish speaker

What will I be paid?

£13 per hour

Please note this rate includes the April RLW increase. The first/next increase will be April 2024.

Working Hours:

Full time – 40 hours per week

Between February and October: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday

Between November to January: Shifts between the core hours of 9am – 11pm Monday to Saturday

  • Remote (WFH) or in our Southend-on-Sea office

Homeworking criteria:

  • Strong broadband internet connection
  • Laptop of PC that runs Windows 10
  • Apple Mac OS version 10.15 or above
  • Available USB port for a USB headset (headset will be supplied)

Please be aware that Chromebooks are not supported, additionally Windows 10 in S Mode will not be compatible

Minimum Speed Requirements:

  • Ping ms Maximum 20ms
  • DOWNLOAD Mbps Minimum 20 MBps
  • UPLOAD Mbps Minimum 5Mbps
