The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the hotel's restaurant, including managing staff, developing menus, and ensuring that guests receive excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and maintain the restaurant's menus, including selecting and purchasing ingredients, setting prices, and promoting specials
- Monitor and control the restaurant's budget, including tracking expenses and analyzing performance data
- Ensure that the restaurant is always clean, well-stocked, and properly maintained
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that the restaurant has access to the best products and services

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other restaurant management software
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must live in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
- Must have Hospitalitu background

Salary: Up to €40,000.00 per year
