Restaurant Manager [Ireland]

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the hotel's restaurant, including managing staff, developing menus, and ensuring that guests receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the restaurant staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Develop and maintain the restaurant's menus, including selecting and purchasing ingredients, setting prices, and promoting specials
  • Monitor and control the restaurant's budget, including tracking expenses and analyzing performance data
  • Ensure that the restaurant is always clean, well-stocked, and properly maintained
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that the restaurant has access to the best products and services

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other restaurant management software
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Must live in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
  • Must have Hospitalitu background

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to €40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
