Responsibilities:
- Greeting and providing exceptional service to guests with a smile
- Taking and serving food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Ensuring cleanliness and organisation of dining areas
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions
- Providing recommendations and answering questions about the menu
- Working with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism
- Participating in training sessions to continuously improve skills

Requirements::
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Front of House/waiter/waitress
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility in shifts, including weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing situations
- Basic maths skills and cash handling experience
