Lead, constantly guide and develop a highly skilled Marketing& Channel Team to be the pioneer in transforming Vodafone Way of Marketing into Modern Marketing Leadership.
How will you spend your time at Vodafone?
Make sure to sustain Modern Marketing Leadership through;
o Adopting the best new modern marketing practices
o Rethink and refine classic approaches to drive the digitalization of the business
o Sharing experience to make every chapter member capable of leveraging & using the technologies that change the marketing environment for our customers
- Facilitating & Enabling best capability resources and skill development for the team
- Ensure that the team is fully equipped with the best in class Marketing know-how including; Briefing, Planning & Executing 360 Go to Market plans working with related stakeholders
- Facilitate and guide the team for effective stakeholder management of key business relationships.
- Be the main gatekeeper of Tribe’s Marketing Plan (IMP) & PR Calendar; working closely with Product Owners and Chapter Leads
- Sync daily work streams to ensure collaboration
- The role requires a range of skills from market and customer research/insight, marketing, coordinating brand and media teams as well as, strategizing paid & owned communication channels with UX, UI development.
- Work in harmony with agile practices

- Flexible mind set to adapt to a constantly changing business field
- Has analytical thinking skills in every aspect of work and pays attention to details
- Ability to adapt to agile working environment and dynamics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and inter-personal skills
- Good team player, have social skills that enables collaboration closely and easily with core team members and stakeholders
- Good at handling ambiguity
