QFS Specialist – Martfu Plant
What you will be doing as OFS Specialist:
Actively participate in the operation of the IFS Food certified Quality Management and Product Safety System, mainly by supervising the practical application of GMP/GHP regulations. Maintaining internal hygiene standards in accordance with relevant legislation, customer requirements and company standards Maintaining an environmental monitoring program, maintenance of sampling plans, participation in the periodic sampling process Supervising the efficiency of cleaning activities Responsible for resolving problems arise during liaison in line with our implementation standards Responsible to collaborate and develop the plant's cleaning instructions by area and by machine group Supervision of an integrated pest control and monitoring system in collaboration with the service company Initiate improvements to maintain effective pest control Collaborate with the QA coordinator and plant managers to keep the quality management system documentation up to date. Coordinating and prioritising tasks related to the BPS product safety pillar. Participating in the development of the QFS culture, leading ideas, motivating employees. Participation in internal and third-party audits alongside with the coordination of the preparation for audits from GMP/GHP side Follow-up of complaints related to GHP/GMP deviations and further implementation of corrective actions Preparation of weekly/monthly GHP/GMP reports and from them visual management material, informative material, action plan. Conducting training sessions for plant units and subcontractors.Your profile:
>3 years of proven quality assurance experience preferably in GMP/GHP; Higher professional education in food technology, chemical or health science related study; Proficiency in English; Hungarian at a native level.What can you expect from Bunge?
