The role
At the forefront of the MGP brand, you are the brand ambassador on the ground. Interacting directly with MGP's customsrs, your role in ensuring MGP service reputation and driving sales it paramount to the success of the brand. Reporting to the Retail Store Manager, you will be integral to the success of MGP as we internationalise.

Main responsibilities
- Retail Performance, Operations, Customer Care, Sales & Stock Management

Handle day-today store operations to ensure a seamless and smooth customer experience
Work with store manager to drive store sales performance
Always represent Team MGP by ensuring top notch customer service
Support in the receiving of new stock, returns, damages and transfer
Support in all retail operations that include cashiering, store maintenance and floor/fitting room/storage duties
Support in all inventory stock take exercises
Qualifications & Experience
Open to fresh graduates with minimum of SPM and have a passion for retail and fast fashion
Past experience working for a fashion/retail store will be a plus
Extremely customer-centric and genuinely enjoys serving and getting to know customers better
Positive, energetic and friendly demeanor
Strong communication skills and ideally bilingual in both English and Mandarin
Collaborative team player
Open to working various shifts and able to work 6 days a week for full timers, or 3-4 days a week for part timers (including weekends and public holidays)
