Responsibilities
- Centralized knowledge on end to end IBG related systems and digital solution
- Single point of contact for IBG related project support from T&O
- Provide consultancy and support for IBG business on system and process capabilities
- Continuous improvement in holistic IBG-T&O Journey and digital product servicing
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Management or Engineering from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategic project management
- Exposure to project management, process improvement, and information systems management
- Good knowledge in corporate & retail banking - cash & channel management
- Good knowledge in banking risk management, data analytics
- Excellent team player with good and strong drive to deliver a high-quality result
- Detail oriented persons with pleasant interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated to bring innovative solution to the team
