Customer Support
Requirements:
✅Candidate must prossess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/graduate Diploma in any fiels.
✅Required languages(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese
✅Able to speaks fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English
✅At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Job Description:
✅ Answering clients about all technical support questions
✅ Resolve issues reported by customers, liaise with technical team as and when needed.
✅ Ensure customers are fully satisfied with the efficient and excellent services provided at all times.
✅ Document and report to team lead daily on work progress & issues.
