A Furniture Company in Kuta, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Operations Assistant (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the logistics for products from suppliers, trade office and warehouse to and from the showroom
- Maintain and support the daily operation of the showroom according to company's standards
- Perform showroom maintenance
- Package items for shipment and transport
- Assist the Store Manager in making the showroom look presentable and aesthetic
- Perform quality check on products before shipment
- Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures
- Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments
- Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
- Identify and resolve issues, complaints and inquiries
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen
- Fluent in written and verbal English communication
- Proven work experience as an Operations Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong and adaptable
- Honest, accountable, professional, positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Excellent communication skills
