Job overview:

As a Restaurant Operations Platform Specialist, you will be responsible for managing & administrating day-to-day operations of our operational platforms, for example, Zenput, for Burger King, Popeye's, Tim Horton's, and Firehouse Subs brands in the EMEA, LAC & APAC regions. You will be closely cooperating with internal stakeholders such as Regional OPS Teams, Field OPS Teams & the Training Team to deliver projects such as:

  • Gap analysis focuses on ensuring issues identified by RBI or Franchisees are solved.
  • Enhancement projects focus on improving the Platform's users' experience.
  • Cooperating with vendors or tech team with development projects focus - creating and implementing new features to Platforms or Platform's parts.

Job challenges:

  • Lead, build, manage and administer Operation Platforms' day-to-day operations, policies, and manuals (Restaurant Logs & Routines, Operation Manuals, Restaurant ops audit program).
  • Ensure all systems, tools, and processes meet Brands Standards.
  • Support Regional OPS & Field OPS teams regarding Operation Platforms, defining clear priorities and action plans to achieve planned KPIs with them.
  • Communicate to Regional teams about Operation Platforms needs, give recommendations, and develop action plans.
  • Manage external vendor relationships related to maintenance, development, and enhancements of Operation Platforms.
  • Coordinate implementation of Operation Platforms and technologies with Regional OPS teams.
  • Work with Regional teams to ensure Operation Platforms are localized for Specific Regions/ Markets.
  • Work with Regional teams to ensure all materials are up to date.

Your skills & competencies:

  • At least 3 year's experience in restaurant operations (at least restaurant General Manager position, ideally Regional Operations).
  • Deep understanding of the Quick Service Restaurant industry and restaurant operations.
  • Must be highly familiar with managing online platforms for Operations Management.
  • At least Bachelor's Degree.
  • Strong MS Office package knowledge, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Highly organized, with strong business acumen and a team player mindset.
  • Ability to drive results through the management of projects and processes.
