- Manage, deliver effective upskill training, coaching, and develop team members.
- Analyze, validate and recommend work estimates and benchmarks for Service Level Agreements.
- Constantly work with data-driven units to review and update performance metrics, generate periodic reports and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Address technical and role-specific escalations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ year degree at an accredited university or liberal arts college.
- 3-5+ Years of professional design experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in a management, supervisory, or training capacity.
- Extensive experience with digital technology and editing platform (e.g. Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, Avid Media Composer, etc.).
- Expert in Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as graphic design, illustration, layout, After Effects, Premiere, Flash, or HTML5 skill is a great plus.
Familiar in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus.
