Hiring Solutions team, on behalf of a client is looking for a Customer Care Advisor in Athens, Greece.
Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls providing accurate, satisfactory answers to customers
- Completes customers’ requests in due time and with focus on quality
- Manages customers’ complaints via phone and de-escalates with patience, support and empathy
- Works closely with several departments and teams across the company in order to improve
- Guides customers through our processes, products or services
- Handles customers’ written requests via e-mail and chat box
- Follows company’s guidelines, procedures and GDPR
- Collaborates with other departments in order to improve customer service
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior experience in customer service will be considered as a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written)
- Excellent command of MS-Office applications
- Knowledge of call center telephony and systems is a plus
- Demonstrates responsibility and work-ethic
- Customer service orientation, organizational skills & attention to detail
