Your challenges

As our new Project Assistant, you will join the Technology Center / Center of Excellence for Accessories in Skjern and become part of a dedicated team of more than 50 highly professional specialists and project managers working with production technology development, project management, digitalisation, and design and development of production equipment in Supply.

As Project Assistant, you will provide support to our Supply Project Managers and our Center of Excellence Project Managers, and ensure that tasks are carried out in a structured manner and on a regular basis, and that important details are not “lost in translation”.

More specifically, you will:

  • Follow up on and update the resource allocation overview

  • Follow up on and update the project plan

  • Follow up on and update the PM log and RISK log

  • Ensure budget follow-ups in collaboration with Finance and project managers

  • Document workshops and meetings

  • Ensure continuous follow-ups on layout updates provided by the project team

  • Ensure sufficient and up-to-date investment overview when facing project gate

  • Ad hoc administrative project related tasks

  • Act as project manager for smaller technology projects

Your qualifications

As a person, you are characterized by your supportive and service minded attitude, and your structured, detail-oriented and organized approach. You know how to structure your time and resources to deliver your tasks on time, and you take pride in meeting deadlines. You thrive in an administrative role, where your coordinator skills and detail orientation are cherished and of great importance. With your adaptability you both enjoy routine work but also being presented with new and unknown tasks, and finding your ways in how to handle these.

You are proactive by nature and with your great interpersonal skills, you easily collaborate with colleagues across the organization and various project teams.

Moreover, we imagine that you:

  • Have experience from a similar role as Project Assistant or from an administrative role

  • Have a background in office training or maybe engineering and want to explore Project Management as a career path

  • Hold solid IT skills in Microsoft Office package

As you will be based locally in Skjern, but will be working in a global organization, we expect that you are well-versed in Danish but also communicate in English at a professional level – verbally and in writing.
