We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrator/Document Controller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing all essential documents and records within the organization. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will be essential to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control the organization's documents, including creation, distribution, retrieval, and archiving.
  • Ensure that all documents are accurately filed, indexed, and easily accessible to authorized personnel.
  • Maintain document control systems, including version control, document tracking, and revision history.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with document management procedures and standards.
  • Monitor document workflows, ensuring timely approvals and appropriate distribution of documents.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify document integrity, completeness, and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Implement and improve document management processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents and information.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrator or Document Controller
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in document management software and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
