Electrical Technician(Customer Support)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· The Electrical Technician will be responsible for providing troubleshooting, installation and repair of EV chargers and energy storage system including lithium-ion battery pack and inverter.
· Troubleshoot electro-mechanical problems, install, and perform repairs on equipment based on customer demand or need.
· Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
· Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone or email, until they’ve solved a technical issue
· Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
· Analysis of problems or situations pertaining to breakdowns of customer equipment and recommends actions necessary to correct situation.
· Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. R&D team or IT team)
· Install and repair electrical control components on PCB board
· Maintain clean and safe work practices with electrical systems by adhering to safety policies, procedures, and processes
· Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Applicants should be at least college graduates from an electrical/electronics engineering or technology program.
· Experience in electrical and mechanical diagnosis and repair.
· Lithium-ion battery pack and High voltage experience a plus.
· Strong problem solving and communications skills.
· Pay attention to detail and quality and meeting deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
