Learning & Development Administrator
Dublin, Guinness Storehouse
Full-time
Fixed-Term Contract ending 30th Nov 24
** The applicant must have administrative experience working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and be comfortable with data entry and training systems. **

The purpose of this role is to assist the Learning and Development Team with administrative support. This is a role with administrative support which will assist the L&D function to ensure accurate training records are in place and comply with ISO and statutory requirements
You will be responsible for:
1/ Ensuring that there is an accurate record of all employee statutory and mandatory training. This will be the main part of the role, and the administrator will work with the L&D coordinator to ensure that records are kept to standard, training expiry is flagged in a timely fashion, JML’s are accurately accounted for within the training records, and that where required, back up training certificates are stored and filed accordingly.
2/ Assisting with coordinating training, training calendar. Booking spaces, refreshments, trainers as required. Working with Resource Planners/ HOD’s on scheduling of attendees
3/ Working with the L&D team on other administrative tasks, eg installation of new mobile learning platform, Training analysis, reporting.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A self starter, able to work autonomously and to a deadline
  • Work with a great level of attention to detail
  • Good Communicator
  • Good Project coordination skills, able to coordinate work across multiple teams
