About the job:


We seek a People and Culture Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be critical in shaping our company culture, driving employee engagement, and supporting our people through their entire employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement an effective onboarding program for new hires
  • Work with department heads to define and cascade Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across the organization.
  • Support managers and employees in setting and achieving performance goals.
  • Guide performance improvement plans and talent development.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, addressing concerns and providing guidance.
  • Organize and lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and implement training programs.
  • Encourage continuous learning and skill development among employees.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage HRIS data and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Develop and oversee the offboarding process, including exit interviews and knowledge transfer.
  • Analyze offboarding data to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on talent management and employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of performance management, OKRs, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • HR certification is a plus.
