The Sales Coordinator will work directly with our sales team, providing vital support for our day-to-day operations. This role requires a highly organized individual with the ability to multitask and adapt to the ever-changing needs of a dynamic sales environment. The candidate will be responsible for managing logistics, maintaining detailed sales documentation, and fostering positive relationships with clients.

Are you the Sales Coordinator we are looking for? Your responsibilities would be:

1. Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks and documentation management.
2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the sales process is efficient and high quality.
3. Develop sales reports and maintain a database of leads and customers in CRM system.
4. Maintain and improve customer relations, manage communications, and resolve any conflicts or issues.
5. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
6. Create quotes for customers quickly and accurately.
7. Managing the after sales processes and assisting with logistics.
8. Support the sales team with planning and managing sales events and initiatives.

You are a dedicated and systematic team player with a skills of solving problems and staying calm. Also the ability to work independently is essential. Qualification

  • Good at English, both speaking and writing.
  • Know how to use CRM systems.
  • Have experience making and managing quotes.
  • Good at organizing and paying attention to details.
  • Good at solving problems and can work well with a team.
  • Can handle many tasks at once in a busy setting.
  • Preferably a bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field.
