What about your mission?
You going to be a Software Engineering Team Leader in the Physical Analyzer (PA) group. PA is Cellebrite leading software for investigators and analysts.
As the team leader, you will act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration with multiple interfaces. You will be responsible for managing and motivating team members and be the contact point for them.
In addition, you should lead the scrum processes and software best practices in the team.
Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engaging the team to achieve goals.

What is your Responsibilities?
- Lead, mentor, coach large development team.
- Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable software.
- Develop new functionality of software products from the design phase to production.
- Focus on quality deliveries with high performance.
- Work closely with product in understanding customer needs.
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
What are the requirements?
- 3+ years experience of Team Leading (5+ people).
- 5+ years of development experience.
- Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems.
- Good understanding of React.
- Familiar with design and architectural patterns (e.g. design patterns, client-server).
- Understanding of threads and performance considerations
- Good communication skills, Team player.
