We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team and help us maximize development velocity, automate our CI/CD pipelines, and maintain our cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with GitOps, IaaS/PaaS, and declarative infrastructure. They will also be a team player with a strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
You will be part of a highly skilled and experienced team of professionals with a vast and wide range of expertise. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse and challenging set of projects, and to build systems from the ground up. You will also be able to provide your insight and vision to the systems you will be managing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience as DevOps engineer in a production environment
- Strong focus on security, with experience implementing and managing security tools and procedures
- Passionate about new technologies and highly knowledgeable in the field of DevOps
- Solid understanding and constant curiosity about best practices in DevOps and architecture methodologies
- Excellent self-management skills with a strong sense of prioritization while handling multiple tasks under pressure
- Good communication skills, capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong networking foundations including TCP/IP, DNS, load-balancers, and network security
- Experience with monitoring tools
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services and concepts
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a CI/CD methodology and principals in a full GitOps eco-system
- Collaborate closely with developers to enhance development velocity and efficiency
- Ensure the smooth operation and continuous monitoring of our cloud IAAS/PAAS systems
- Automate the provisioning of cloud solutions
- Implement and take ownership of security systems to uphold and enforce our security principles and policies
- Drive DataOps development for CICD processes
