The Position

Role Purpose

• Be part of the team to identify business needs and explore areas of automation through the implementation of Google Apps Script, Apps Sheet or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to enable commercial and operational excellence for Roche Diagnostics Taiwan

• Support Comm. Ops for regular admin work and find an opportunity for automation

Role scope:

• Assist and support in project management, documentation, data consolidation and other project deliverables

• Writing user stories, UX/UI design, defining acceptance criteria and identifying further improvement areas

• Assist in the design of functional specifications and digital solutions

• Provide technical expertise and support in the development and implementation of digital solutions

Requirements:

• Able to commit for at least 6 months of internship programme

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge or skills in programming and/or software development – or enthusiastic to learn more about

• Proactive and creative mindset with a passion for digital innovation and interest in Healthcare segment

• Familiar with MS Office, Google Workspace, Google Apps Script, or javascript is a big plus
