Your Tasks And Responsibilities
Internal control framework review and optimization
- Review business cycles/processes, preparing RCM(Risk control matrix), flow charts and updating the contents of the narrative regularly.
- Deeply understanding the logic of IT systems used by the business department, the meaning of the fields, and the way the system run.
- Assessing the effectiveness of internal control based on IT controls and conducting audits or reviews in certain segments, issuing results and reporting them.
Daily IC support
- Responding to daily inquiries from the business and promptly reporting any problems found and proceeding to promote rectification.
- Conducting internal control training for business units.
Temporary project
- Follow up and report on ad hoc investigation matters delivered.
Education
Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
Experience
we need you at least 4 years related working experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office suite, especially in MS Word and Excel, and in ERP systems (i.e. SAP)
Effective training skills and team building capabilities for rapid ramp-up of functional tasks within area of responsibility
Shown leadership skills; strong oral and written communication, presentation and conflict resolution
Experience leading continuous process improvement projects leading to significant time or bottom line savings
Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to work with all levels of management, tailoring message appropriately for recipients
Ability to develop professional relationships with peers and upper management
Demonstrate basic visualization communication methods for leaders
Communicate analysis and recommendations in concise informative manner
Demonstrate an understanding of the flow of information and materials through the organization
Takes advantage of opportunities to learn about business strategy and goals through business relationships
