Location: Wokingham - 10 minute walk from the train station

Pay Rate: the current pay rate £10.50 per hour will be increasing to £10.90 per hour from 1st September

30hrs a week: waking nights role

We are looking for enthuastic and compassionate support worker to join the team on waking nights. The role is 30hrs a week on set nights: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10pm to 7am.

You will be supporting three gentleman in their own home during the night. The support will include assisting with day-to-day tasks: housekeeping, finances, medication, cooking, manual handling & personal care. You will also be checking the gentleman at regular intervals during the night to ensure they are comfortable and ensuring the premises is secure and safe during the night. Keeping written records is vital part of the role and you will be using IT systems to record daily notes, handovers and any other incidents.
