Job Description

  • Receive guest orders for in-room dining via phone or other communication channels, ensuring clear understanding of their requests and preferences.
  • Provide recommendations and answer guest inquiries regarding menu items, specials, and beverage offerings.
  • Enter guest orders accurately and efficiently into the system, ensuring all relevant details, special requests, and delivery times are captured.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and room service staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of guest orders.
  • Upsell additional menu items and promotions to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience.
  • Process payment transactions, including cash handling and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial procedures.
  • Maintain proper documentation of guest orders, including any modifications, special requests, or dietary restrictions.
  • Monitor and address any guest concerns or issues related to their orders, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.

Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Concierge, to ensure seamless coordination of guest requests and timely delivery


Qualifications
  • Saudi Nationality ONLY
  • Good English Language
  • Experience in the same field is preferable
  • Strong attention to detail, highly responsible, organized & reliable
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
