JOB ROLE: PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE CEO
CLIENT: RETAIL STORE
LOCATION: VICTORIA ISLAND LAGOS
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide effective calendar management and set up meetings
- Receive calls and respond to emails
- Arrange travels, bookings, and accomodatiin
- Remind the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
- Provide administrative support
- Typing, complying and preparing reports
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A graduate of any discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦120,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Personal or Executive assistance: 3 years (Preferred)
