Job duties:

  • Organize the shuttle buses based on the departments requirements, track the routes and make the recording report. Prepare the payment process (apply the payment based on the recording report, check the invoice, apply to pay, feedback with the factura).
  • Organize the meals based on the departments requirements, track the meals arrival, food quality and make the recording report. Prepare the payment process (apply the payment based on the recording report, check the invoice, apply to pay, feedback with the bill).
  • Organize the staff housing and bills payment, prepare the recording report and payment process. Manage all the housing contracts and follow the new requirements.
  • In charge of the hotel bookings, manage the reservations and payment process.
  • In charge of the taxi bookings, prepare the recording report and payment process.
  • In charge of the cleaning agency, manage the cleaning requirements, evaluation and payment process.
  • Organize the flight tickets for domestic trip requirements.
  • In charge of the expat visa and invitation issues.
  • Organize the monthly birthday parties and round table meetings.
  • Organize the important events based on request.
  • In charge of the reception matters, including the driver’s schedule.
  • Other matters related to administration.
