Helpdesk [Indonesia]


 

PT SINERGY INFORMASI PRATAMA (SIP) is one of the enterprise IT system integrators in Indonesia, with main focus on providing integrated network infrastructure solutions. Currently we are seeking for qualified candidates to fill HELPDESK position

Qualification:

  • Min. education SMK TKJ or a Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other related fields
  • Understanding of basic troubleshooting in computer and network system (switch, router, etc)
  • Knowledge and experience of various software, firmware and application
  • Skilled in determining IT necessities and training end-user
  • In touch with innovation and new trends in IT support
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify best solutions and/or alternatives
  • Able to work independently or in a team
  • Service-minded to help colleagues and other departments with technical issues
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Time management and effective prioritization over multiple running projects

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all computers and other supporting peripherals are in working order and connected to the network
  • Ensure that all apps are up and running in users’ devices
  • Perform and store backup in users’ computers
  • Storing softwares for the troubleshooting of computer and other devices
  • Create technical report, documentation and database update
  • Prepare computers for new users and fix troubled computers or peripherals in a timely manner
  • Record and deliver solutions as per operational procedure
  • Issue and resolution recap
  • Handle and escalate issues to IT Support if necessary
  • Make certain all issues are handled according to SLA response time or resolution time

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
