Duties/Responsibilities
Working in handling technical negotiations in this niche area of claims from cradle to grave.
To be a Highways Claims Handler
- Insurance experience, specifically around highways or street furniture is essential.
- Customer / Client focused – putting both first at all times
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Good communication skills with all stakeholders
- Reactive – responding to daily workloads as dictated by customer requirements
