We are a renovation company with a focus on offices, factories and warehouses. We are seeking a Site Supervisor who can:
- Supervise and monitor work progress on site.
- Be responsible for site arrangements for day to day operations.
- Understand drawings / plans, specifications and site instructions.
- Ensure progress is kept to schedule.
- Coordinate and monitor the delivery of materials.
- Witness material testing, site inspections and perform handovers.
- To lead, coordinate and control the general workers and various vendors.
- Be flexible with work hours as a lot of renovation can only be done after office hours and weekends, including public holidays.
Bonus:
- Experience with Site Safety or possess OSHA training/certificate.
Additions:
- Minimum 3 years of site experience
- Must be able to travel upon project assignment
- Proven working experience in renovation or construction
- Possesses own transport
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
