- Development-related 3rd level fault analysis of the entire system
- Internal error analysis up to troubleshooting at the customer's site
- Creation of error reports and corresponding documentation
- Support of the R&D testing team regarding product testing and product release
- Interface to all R&D departments as well as production, quality and 1st/2nd level support
- Completed technical education with focus on electrical engineering or computer science (HTL/FH/TU)
- Relevant education and appropriate professional experience
- Willingness to learn and structured way of working
