Sind Sie ein handwerklicher Allrounder, der für jedes Problem ein offenes Ohr hat und lösungsorientiert ist? Dann ist diese Position genau was Sie suchen.
Das ist Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

- Sie betreuen die gesamte Gebäudeleittechnik und sämtliche Steuerungssysteme (Temperatur, BMZ, Licht, Lüftung, etc) und technische Anlagen.
- Der erste Eindruck zählt – Sie sorgendafür, dass auch unsere Außenanlagen in Top-Zustand sind, hierfür kommen Kommunalmaschinen zum Gebrauch.
- Bei uns tut sich immer etwas – die Raumausstattung bei Veranstaltungen gehört genauso zu Ihren Aufgaben wie Umzugsarbeiten sowie kleine Sanierungstätigkeiten bei all unseren Standorten in Tulln.
Diese Erfahrung bringen Sie mit
- Sie haben bereits berufliche Erfahrung mit Gebäudeleittechnik und wissen, was GLT, KNX und HKLS bedeuten.
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung mit Kenntnissen in Elektrik und Mechanik.
- Sie verfügen über einen B-Führerschein.
- Computerkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse erwünscht
- Sie sind die Ansprechperson für alle KollegInnen, wenn es um den Arbeitsplatz geht.
- Sie arbeiten gern im Team und sind für Ihre Zuverlässigkeit bekannt.
- Lebensmittelpunkt rund um Tulln ist von Vorteil
