Job Description:

For an AI-based SU company , VP Finanace that will be responsible for assessing the financial performance of the company as well as possible risks and investments, will lead the finance department, making sure the company moves in the right direction and have the best infrastructure and tools to do so.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as a business partner to the CEO and a key member of the leadership team, taking part in strategic business decisions, providing insights into the financial & operational implications of the company performance
• Lead FP&A functions, building business plans and models to achieve company objectives
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation and filing of the Company's financial reports
• Managing negotiations with suppliers in everything related to contracts, procurement, payment terms etc.
• Develop and track business & insurance metrics and performance KPIs
• Develop and improve company work processes, policies and compliance to support company objectives and growth
• Enhance and implement financial and accounting system processes, tools, and controls
• Support company fundraising and investor relationships
• Manage and coordinate annual tax audits, including assessments of tax treatments
• Manage cash, banks and all currency strategy
• Create professional relationships with the company's bankers, auditors, government agencies, and other professional organizations

Job Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in accounting

• CPA licence required (Active).

- Internship in one of the Big 4 - a must

• At least 4-5 years of experience as a CFO in a SAAS B2B start-up company with a global financial operation or corporate subsidiaries/entities.
• Experience in leading a small team and external service providers
• Experience with reporting and managing regulatory requirements, including direct and indirect taxes
• Experience in US GAAP.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent English (written and verbal).
• Hands on, Goal-driven personality with multi-tasking management capabilities and positive attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
