Our Xccelerate Program is an accelerated program crafted to prepare you to be future leaders of tomorrow. The program will provide you first-hand experiences and broad exposure to our global organization through job rotations in an immersive learning environment within the HR Business Partnering, Expertise (Learning, Employer Branding & Talent Management) to equip you to be future-ready.

Who Are We Looking For:
Completed degree and with less than 1 year of full-time working experienceProven leadership skills in assuming multiple leadership positions in curricular activities & driven to achieve goals and deliver outcomes
