· Meet and courteously greet the customers

· Ability to manage locations, resources and roster shifts

· Be in charge of running and managing the matters on floor.

· Set targets for all other CS staff to meet up with.

· Schedule and organize shift patterns for other team members to ensure that customers are never left unattended.

· Understand all organization’s products, services, procedures and guidelines and communicate same to all team members.

· Ability to resolve conflicts on the floor or the conflicts related to CS staff in a heathy way.

· Facilitate and organize training session.

· Submit regular reports to management and seek new ideas and strategies to improve performance at the center

· Keep up with trends and happenings in the industry and ensuring adherence to industry standards

· Ensure that customers are kept happy and satisfied at all times by providing prompt response and solutions to their challenges at all times.

· Ensure a safe and harmonious working environment for all other team members and delegate duties to all team members.

· Ensure proper training of all Customer Service staff on all rides and games.

· Should be able to manage the floor and ensure customer satisfaction in case of absence of any supervisor.

· Keep a record of attendance/check-in and check-out timings on floor.

· Assist and communicate Supervisors in case of any kind of staff issues.

· Should be able to resolve conflicts amongst staff during work hours and ensure team work

Location: Giga Mall DHA Phase II, Rawalpindi

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
