Front Reception / Admin position (Melkbos) [South Africa]


 

Our growing healthcare business is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Admin/Front Receptionist/Sales representative in the Melkbos area. We are looking for someone who is not only bright and outgoing but also possesses excellent administrative skills and has the ability to learn quickly. The ideal candidate will also be able to show initiative and have an entrepreneurial attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting visitors, clients and patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email and mail.
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Assisting with sales tasks such as generating leads and following up with potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and outgoing personality.
  • Experience of sage or Pastel or other similar package.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other basic computer skills.
  • Flexibility to work some weekends
  • Desire to learn and grow with the company.
