We are seeking an experienced Head of HR with outstanding people skills to manage our personnel and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives. Head of HR will be responsible for leading the transformation and embedding of an organisation’s culture, promoting the company’s values through best people management practices and inspirational behaviour.

- Work experience in similar position 3+ years is a must
- Work experience in IT area from 3+ years is a must
- Demonstrable experience in a variety of HR disciplines, including, but not limited to: recruitment, learning and development, performance management, employee relations
- Clear judgment and decision making, ability to manage diverse personalities and viewpoints
- The ability to work proactively, flexibility to changes
- Positive mind, Initiative, creativity
- Upper-intermediate English.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the organisation’s HR functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits.
- Setting and executing HR department goals according to the company's strategy and HR strategy agreed with COO and CEO
- Taking oversight of the company’s culture, creating a better working environment and engaged culture
- Leading the analysis of employee feedback, personnel performance, other HR metrics and data
- Developing human resources policies and delivering them to all levels of management
- Assistance in building-up an effective Organisational structure and Job Descriptions
- Accountability for the recruitment plan execution, requests validation and execution of strategic hiring decisions
- Managing personnel performance and grades through talent assessment
- Designing and directing training programs
- Handling employee benefits, compensations and motivation systems
- Increase employee engagement, motivation and performance throughout a company
- Improving HR processes and information systems
- Creating and managing the HR department’s budget
- Build-up and implementation of HR brand of the company in liaison with marketing team
- Work closely with various departments in consultancy role, assisting managers to implement best practices of people management
- Direct management of the relevant staff, including (but not limited to) their training and development planning, mentoring and guiding, holiday/sickness management, regular (monthly) 1:1 support, quarterly Goal setting and Results review sessions, helping to ensure deadlines and targets are met, etc
Will be plus:
- Experience in employee brand management is a plus
