Duties and Responsibilities- Lead the research and services of in vitro ADME studies (including permeability, distribution, metabolism, CYP inhibition and induction, CYP phenotyping, UGT phenotyping, and transporters, etc).
- Provide scientific guidance to DMPK personnel on the above areas
- Manage daily operation of the functional group
- Prepare protocol, cost analysis, and quotation suggestion for new business
- May serve as DMPK representative in integrated program
- Provide business development strategy and conduct process improvement/optimization.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations of WuXi AppTec,
- Serve as a role model for others.
任职资格：
Requirements
- A degree in pharmaceutical/life sciences with strong understanding of ADME and PK processes is required. The candidate should have years of experience in Biotech, Pharmaceutical, CRO, or research in the areas of ADME/DMPK.
- Hands-on experience in ADME is required. Automation, pharmacokinetic data analysis knowledge or interpretation of DMPK properties relevant to drug development is a plus.
- Working knowledge of DMPK related regulations and regulatory guidelines from ICH, FDA, EMA, and cFDA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication/ presentation skills.
- Demonstrate management and leadership skills.
