Site Specialist / Site Management

Reporting to the Site Manager and working as a member of the Project Execution team in Process Automation Business Area (Water Projects Department) based in our premises in Athens, you will be coordinating and assisting the site-works team in the cost-effective execution of deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements.
Your responsibilities

Performing site surveys to establish the required steps to execute site-works activities- Assisting with preliminary enquiries, bid reviews and other preparation activities
- Supervision on electromechanical equipment installation works and managing effectively various subcontractors
- Reviewing and analyzing progress reports, recommending, and implementing improvement actions to resolve current and potential issues
- Controlling installation- and commissioning-related documentation accuracy and consistency
- Effectively communicating project information and customer feedback to internal project stakeholders
- Excellent communication and negotiation when needed, both with Clients and Subcontractors
Your background
- University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Ideally 2 years of experience in sites working with water telemetry projects for public sector
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting
- Excellent command of English language
- Strong Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook), including preferably AutoCAD
- Driver’s license - ability to visit sites regularly
- A strong focus and dedication to safe work practices and guidelines
- A high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and desire to learn about new technologies
- Ability to act independently and responsibly
