We service a unique and loyal customer base and many of our customers are second generation shoppers.
We are looking for an Online Picker/Delivery Driver, with a VALID FULL, CLEAN Drivers Licence, attention to detail, outstanding customer service and a desire to work in an interesting and fast paced environment.
The Online Picker/Delivery Driver is the store’s brand ambassador and is required to deliver a customer’s Online shopping order to their home or designated address on the nominated day and time, in a timely, safe manner whilst providing the highest standard of excellent customer service. The Online Picker/Delivery Driver needs to ensure all tasks are efficiently and accurately completed in a timely, professional manner thereby encouraging customers to make repeat online purchases whilst achieving any targets set by the Owner Operator or Online Champion.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced applicants to be part of a busy team Picking & delivering for our Online Shopping service.
If you enjoy driving and interacting with customers, and can provide exceptional customer service then this is the job for you.
You will need to be:
- Committed to learning and maintaining our high standards
- Have proven skilled driving experience with perishable goods or similar
- Physically able and fit, able to regularly lift heavy items
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Competent in basic computer skills
- Work well in a team environment

The position is full-time and will include working a weekend day and extra hours when required. The hours and remuneration will be discussed at an interview.
