We are strengthening our financial competence center team in Nokia and now we are looking for AR Accountant / Credit Controller to join our team for fixed-term position (about 1,5 years).
We expect you to have previous work experience in similar accounts receivable and/or credit control tasks, preferably in an international company. You have overall excellent team-working skills and you are responsible and reliable. In this position, you need to have good communication skills both in English and in Swedish, other languages are considered as advantage.

Key responsibilities
- Verify and post received AR payments, manage adjustments and on account payments
- Investigate invoice and payment discrepancies
- Handle credit limit requests, make credit decisions and manage credit limits
- Perform collection actions, negotiate payment plans and follow them up
- Process period end closing activities, reporting and reconciliation
- Ensure the accuracy and correctness of the information
- Respond inquiries and questions from external and internal stakeholders
- Participate to development and automation activities in the team
What we expect from you
- Appropriate education in accounting / finance
- Previous experience in similar accounts receivable and credit control tasks in the international business environment
- Good knowledge of accounts receivable and credit control processes
- Excellent team-working skills
- Good collaboration and communication skills both in English and in Swedish
- Open-minded, service driven and proactive mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and responsibility
- Compliance with policies, processes and procedures is obvious to you
